1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of 1toz.shop and any order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. The shop is operated by ONE to Z Shop, a business registered in Bangladesh; the trade licence number is in the footer of every page.

2. Prices and currency

Every price on this site is in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and includes any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately by area and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

3. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the delivery details.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and prepayment. Prepaid orders are confirmed once the payment clears; cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed on the phone call. For a cash-on-delivery order the courier collects the full amount at the door.

5. Stock and availability

The stock shown is our best current record. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation call, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Pre-orders

Items marked pre-order ship when the stock lands. The expected month is shown on the product page and we will call you if it moves. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships.

9. Product images and descriptions

Photographs are of the item as we received it. Colour can differ slightly between screens, and manufacturers change packaging without notice. Accessories shown for scale are not included unless the description says so.

10. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access to it.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
