All delivery charges are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where we deliver

All 64 districts of Bangladesh. We do not ship outside Bangladesh.

Charges

Charged by area: Inside Dhaka, Dhaka sub-area (Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj, Narayanganj and similar), and Outside Dhaka. Choose your area at checkout and the exact figure appears with your total before you confirm.

How long it takes

Inside Dhaka, 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Outside Dhaka, 2 to 4 working days. We confirm every order by phone first, so the clock starts at that call rather than at the moment you press Place Order.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. Your order page shows each scan the courier records, and you can look an order up at any time from Track Your Order using your order number and phone.

If nobody is there

The rider calls the number on the order and attempts delivery. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange another delivery. A second delivery attempt after a failed one may be charged again.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. You may open and inspect the parcel in front of the rider before paying — please do.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items ship when the stock arrives. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items we will ask on the confirmation call whether to send them together or separately.
