1. For deliveries out of Dhaka, delivery charge must be paid in advance.
2. No refund or return claim will be entertained if the product is not checked in front of the delivery man.
3. No return or refund claims will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
4. Blind Boxes are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
5. Deliveries can be delayed due to calamities, weather conditions and act of God.
6. Refund of advance payment can take up to 7 working days.
